Flamingo Ankle Grip is recommended in sprains, strains, edema, ligament injury of the ankle joints & can also be used as prophylaxis in sports. It provides compression, warmth, support & to some extend immobilization.

Instructions for Use - 

• Insert the foot into the foot portion & pull the stocking upward slowly. 
• Make sure your heel is centered on the heel opening. Then remove the wrinkles. 
• Pull the elastic straps as shown in the figure. 
• Fasten the elastic straps. 
• Finally, check for fit.

This device will not prevent injuries or helps in quick healing. Proper rehabilitation & activity modification is an essential parts of a safe treatment program.
