How to Use -

• Step your foot in the center of the open ankle binder.
• Cross over & tighten the crisscross straps to the top part of the ankle to a comfortable tightness.

Care -

Use mild detergent & cold water& air dry. Do not wash it in a washing machine place it in a mechanical dryer. Removable splints can be pulled out from the products before washing.
