Each soft gelatin capsule contains:

Ferrous Ascorbate: 100 mg, L-Methylfolate: 1 mg, Zinc: 22.5 mg & Excipients q.s.

Energy: 4.25 Kcal, Protein: 0.156 g, Carbohydrates: 0.078 g, Fat: 0.356 g, Saturated Fatty Acid: 0.073 g, Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acid: 0.165 g, Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acid: 0.095 g, Trans Fatty Acid: 0 g & Cholesterol: 0 mg.

Other Ingredients:

Gelatin (INS 428), Glycerine (INS 422), Sorbitol (INS 420i), Bees Wax (INS 901), Preservative Methylparaben (INS 218), Propylparaben (INS 216) & Antioxidant BHA(INS 320).

Contains permitted synthetic food colour. ‘Gelatin Food Grade’.

Appropriate overages of vitamins are added to compensate for loss on storage.
