About Ezorb D3+ Tablet:

Ezorb D3+ Tablet is formulated with Calcium Aspartate, Magnesium Hydroxide & Vitamin D3 which is advised for the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function of an individual.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Calcium Aspartate: 1120 mg, Magnesium Hydroxide: 180 mg, Vitamin D3 (as stabilized): 1000 I.U., Excipients: q.s.

Colour: Titanium Dioxide.

Appropriate overages of Vitamin D3 added to compensate the loss on storage.

Uses of Ezorb D3+ Tablet:

• Supports health bones, teeth & muscle function.

Usage Direction of Ezorb D3+ Tablet:

• Ezorb D3+ Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Ezorb D3+ Tablet is to be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not break, chew or crush the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related information of Ezorb D3+ Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Ezorb D3+ Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of Ezorb D3+ Tablet:

• Store in a cool & dry place at a temperature below 30°C.
