Eunykta Tablet is a unique combination of melatonin, micronutrients such as zinc and magnesium for facilitating sleep.

It has been formulated based on the following rationale:

• Melatonin plays an important role in the mechanisms of sleep regulation and clinical studies have found that it not only improved total sleep time, but also reduced depressive symptoms.
• Zinc has a relaxant like activity and improves sleep.
• Magnesium has beneficial effects on mood and is crucial, together with zinc, in the endogenous synthesis of melatonin.

A double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial determined whether nightly administration of melatonin, magnesium, and zinc improves primary insomnia in long-term care facility residents.

Magnesium Glycine Complex equivalent to Magnesium 225 mg, Zinc Gluconate equivalent to Zinc 11.25 mg and Melatonin 5 mg
