Each soft gelatin capsule contains:

L-Carnitine: 500 mg, Cod Liver Oil: 300 mg, Evening Primrose oil: 100 mg, Vitamin E (D alpha tocopherol): 10 IU, Vitamin B12 (( Cyanocobalamin): 2.2 mcg and Magnesium: 50 mg
