Composition:

Each 10 g is Prepared/derived from:

Isabgol (Plantago ovata, Sd. Husk) 10 g.

Dosage and Direction: 

• Adults & Children above 12 years: 1-2 teaspoonful (2.5-5g) 1-3 times a day; Children aged 6-12 years: 1/2-1 teaspoonful (1.5-2.5g) 1-3 times a day; or as directed by the Physician.
• Use a dry spoon to measure Sat Isabgol.
• Add to 150-200 ml of water in a glass, stir briskly and drink at once.
• Can also be taken with milk, fruit juice, curd etc.
