About D Charge Capsule:

D Charge Capsule is formulated with Cholecalciferol, which is used for the initial treatment of clinically relevant vitamin D deficiency and its associated conditions.

Composition:

Each soft gelatin capsule contains:

Cholecalciferol: 60000 IU (Vitamin D3) and Excipients q.s.

Colour: Tartrazine Supra

Appropriate overages of vitamin added.

D Charge Capsule is used to treats & prevents vitamin D deficiency and associated conditions.

Usage Direction of D Charge Capsule:

• D Charge Capsule is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• D Charge Capsule should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not cut, crush or chew the capsule.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advise.
• Do not take more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related Information of D Charge Capsule:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to D Charge Capsule, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.

Storage Condition of D Charge Capsule:
