Erandakarkati (Carica papaya-Lf.): 1000 mg, Mahanimba (Melia azedarach-Lf.): 1000 mg, Kalmegh (Andrographis paniculata-Herb): 250 mg, Usira (Vettivera zizanoides-Rt.): 250 mg, Patola (Tricosanthus dioica-Wh.PI.): 250 mg, Musta (Cyperus rotundus-Rz.): 250 mg, Sunthi (Zingiber officinale-Rz.): 250 mg, Maricha (Piper nigrum-Fr.): 250 mg, Grismachatraka (Mollugo cerviana-Wh.PI.): 250 mg, Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia-St.): 250 mg.

In a flavoured syrupy base with permitted  preservatives & colour.
