About Califem Tablet:

Califem Tablet is formulated with Calcium Citrate Maleate, Vitamin D3 and Folic acid that used for the treatment of calcium & vitamin D deficiency states during pregnancy and lactation and as a supportive treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Calcium Citrate Maleate: 500 mg, Vitamin D3: 2000 IU, Folic Acid: 5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Colour: Titanium Dioxide.

Appropriate overages of vitamins added to compensate any loss on storage.

Uses of Califem Tablet:

Califem Tablet used for the treatment of calcium & vitamin D deficiency states during pregnancy and lactation and as a supportive treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.

Usage Direction of Califem Tablet:

• Califem Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Calcifem Tablet should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related Information of Califem Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Califem Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep the medicine out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of Califem Tablet:

• Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
