About Caldikind Tablet:

Caldikind Tablet is enriched with Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Vitamin D3 & Zinc Sulphate. It helps in nutritional deficiencies, proper growth, body development and bone strength.

Composition:

Each uncoated tablet contains:

Calcium Citrate: 1000 mg, Magnesium Hydroxide eq. To Elemental Magnesium: 100 mg, Vitamin D3: 200 IU, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate eq. To Elemental Zinc: 4 mg, Excipients: q.s.

Appropriate overages of Vitamin D3 added to compensate loss on storage.

Usage Direction of Caldikind Tablet:

• Caldikind Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Caldikind Tablet should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the capsule.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If allergic to any ingredients of Caldikind Tablets, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with other products.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Caldikind Tablet:

• Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light.
