Usage Direction:

• Calcium Lactate (BDS) is recommended to consume orally in a dose & direction as advised.
• Direction of use: Add approx 4 g of Calcium Lactate Granules in 500 ml of heated milk. For better result, the amount of granules may be dissolved in sufficient water prior to add in heated milk.
