About Cal MD3+ Tablet:

Cal MD3+ Tablet is formulated with Calcium Orotate, Magnesium Hydroxide, & Vitamin D3. The combination of 3 ingredients helps in treating calcium, magnesium and vitamin D deficiencies.

Along with this, Cal MD3+ Tablet also supports the maintenance of normal bone function.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Calcium Orotate: 1120 mg, Magnesium Hydroxide: 180 mg, Vitamin D3: 1000 IU and Excipients q.s.

Colour: Titanium Dioxide

Appropriate overages of vitamin D3 added to compensate the loss on storage.

Usage Direction of Cal MD3+ Tablet:

• Cal MD3+ Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Cal MD3+ Tablet is to be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not break, chew or crush the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related information of Cal MD3+ Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Cal MD3+ Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep the medicine out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of Cal MD3+ Tablet:

• Store in a cool & dry place at a temperature below 30°C.
