Each soft gelatin Bonebase Plus capsule contains:

Calcium Carbonate Equivalent to Elemental Calcium 200 mg, Calcitriol 0.25 mcg, Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, L-Methylfolate Calcium 1 mg, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 0.5 mg
