About Active B9 Tablet:

Active B9 Tablet is formulated with Calcium 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, Methylcobalamin and Pyridoxal-5-phosphate which helps to promote optimum health and manage endothelial dysfunction associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains:

Calcium 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate: 1 mg, Methylcobalamin: 1500 mcg, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate: 0.5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Colours: red Oxide of Iron & Titanium Dioxide.

Appropriate overages of vitamins added to compensate for loss on storage.

Usage Direction of Active B9 Tablet:

• Active B9 Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Active B9 Tablet be swallowed whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
• Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If allergic to any ingredients of Active B9 Tablet, let the physician know straight away.
