About Acnay Cleansing Bar:

Acnay Cleansing Bar contains Benzoyl Peroxide, a widely used topical antibacterial agent for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Benzoyl Peroxide works by releasing free radical oxygen, which oxidizes bacterial proteins in Cutibacterium acnes, reducing the number of acne-causing bacteria and decreasing irritating free fatty acids on the skin surface. Additionally, it possesses keratolytic properties that help shed dead skin cells and clear clogged pores (comedolytic effect). It has the added advantage of emollients with skin-friendly pH.

Composition:

Hydrous Benzoyl Peroxide (Equivalent to Anhydrous Benzoyl Peroxide): 2.5% w/w

Other Ingredients:

Kokum Butter, Glycerin & Aloevera Syndet Base: q.s.

Medicated Soap

Uses of Acnay Cleansing Bar:

• Treatment of mild to moderate acne.
• Reduction of acne-causing bacteria on the skin.
• Cleansing of affected skin areas to remove excess oil and debris.

Usage Direction of Acnay Cleansing Bar:

• Acnay Cleansing Bar is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Use in place of ordinary soap, making certain that all affected parts of the skin are covered by the lather.
• Leave on for a few minutes and then rinse with water.
• Do not skip or stop using Acnay Cleansing Bar without the physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
• Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

• If allergic to any ingredients of Acnay Cleansing Bar, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with any other products.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Warning: Do not use if you have very sensitive skin or if you are sensitive to Benzoyl Peroxide. Avoid contact with lather, fabrics, or carpeting, as it will cause bleaching.

Storage Condition of Acnay Cleansing Bar:

• Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light.
