About Xarelto 15 mg Tablet:

Each film coated Xarelto 15 mg tablet contains Rivaroxaban Micronized 15 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Xarelto 15 mg Tablet:

Xarelto 15 mg tablet is prescribed to:

• Reduce the risk of blood clot in brain (stroke) and other blood vessels in patient with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
• Treat blood clots in the veins of the legs (deep vein thrombosis) and in the blood vessels of the lungs (pulmonary embolism).
• Prevent the risk of recurrence of deep vein thrombosis and of pulmonary embolism.

Usage direction of Xarelto 15 mg Tablet:

• Xarelto 15 mg Tablet should be taken orally.
• Please check the package leaflet or label instruction before use.
• Xarelto 15 mg Tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
