About Vinlep Suspension:

Vinlep Suspension is an anti-epileptic medication, which is indicated for the treatment of partial seizures with or without secondarily generalized tonic-clonic seizures.

Each 5 ml of Vinlep Suspension contains Oxcarbazepine 300 mg and Flavoured aqueous base q.s.

Oxcarbazepine belongs to a class of anti-epileptic drugs. It works by blocking the voltage-sensitive sodium channels, stabilizing hyper excited neuronal membranes, inhibiting repetitive neuronal firing, and diminishing the propagation of synaptic impulses, thus preventing the spread of the seizure.

Use of Vinlep Suspension:

Vinlep Suspension is prescribed for the treatment of partial seizures with or without secondarily generalized tonic-clonic seizures.

Usage Direction of Vinlep Suspension:

• Vinlep Suspension is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the Physician.
• Shake well before use.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the Physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Vinlep Suspension:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Vinlep Suspension, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this suspension with any other medicines or supplements.
• Use within 7 weeks of first opening the bottle.
• Preserve in a light-resistant container.
• Consult with the Physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Vinlep Suspension:

• Store at controlled room temperature. Do not freeze.
