About Uticept 200 mg Tablet:

Uticept 200 mg tablet is a muscarinic antagonist and antispasmodic medication that reduces muscle spasms of the bladder and urinary tract.

Each film coated Uticept 200 mg tablet contains Flavoxate Hydrochloride 200 mg and Excipients q.s.

Flavoxate is a tertiary amine with a direct relaxant effect on smooth muscles through inhibition phosphodiesterase, thereby reducing symptoms of bladder spasticity and associated pain. It also has antimuscarinic effects.

Use of Uticept 200 mg Tablet:

Uticept 200 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of bladder spasms due to catheterisation, dysuria, urinary incontinence, urgency and nocturia.

Usage direction of Uticept 200 mg Tablet:

• Uticept 200 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Uticept 200 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
