About Urivel Tablet:

Urivel tablet is a muscarinic antagonist and antispasmodic medication that reduces muscle spasms of the bladder and urinary tract.

Each Urivel tablet contains Flavoxate Hydrochloride 200 mg.

Flavoxate is a tertiary amine with a direct relaxant effect on smooth muscles through inhibition phosphodiesterase, thereby reducing symptoms of bladder spasticity and associated pain. It also has antimuscarinic effects.

Use of Urivel Tablet:

Urivel tablet is prescribed for the treatment of bladder spasms due to catheterisation, dysuria, urinary incontinence, urgency and nocturia.

Usage direction of Urivel Tablet:

• Urivel tablet should be taken orally.
• Urivel tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Urivel Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Urivel Tablet:

Store at room temperature. Protected from light & moisture.
