Each film coated Tsart Trio 6.25 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40 mg, Cilnidipine 10 mg, Chlorthalidone 6.25 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Tsart Trio 6.25 mg Tablet:

Tsart Trio 6.25 mg tablet is used to reduce the cardiovascular disorders such as:

• Hypertension
• Herat attack
• Stroke

Usage direction of Tsart Trio 6.25 mg Tablet:

• Tsart Trio 6.25 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Tsart Trio 6.25 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Tsart Trio 6.25 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telmisartan should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus, when used during second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in cool, dry place and protect from light.
