About Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge :

Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge is a Insulin degludec Injection (Monocomponent, biosynthetic r-DNA insulin). Each ml of Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge contains 100 units of insulin degludec (equivalent to 3.66 mg), glycerol, metacresol, phenol, zine acetate, hydrocholoric acid and sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment) and water for injections.

Use of Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge :

Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge is prescribed for treatment of Diabetes Mellitus. Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge may be used for Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes.

Usage direction of Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge :

• Use Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge exactly as prescribed by your physician.
• Before using know the process of adjusting pen with the respective cartridge. For proper using direction please follow the using instructions of enclosed leaflet.
• Administer Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge subcutaneously into the abdominal area, thigh, or deltoid, and rotate injection sites.
• Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge should be clear, colorless and aqueous solution. Do not use Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge if it contains particles, is cloudy and discolored, or if the or container is cracked or damaged.
• Do not skip or change the dose without physician’s advice.

Precaution & Related information of Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge :

• Do not share your Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge or syringes with other people, even if the needle has been changed.
• Please take precaution during the use of Tresiba Penfill 100 U/ml Cartridge in case of Hypoglycemia, Hypokalemia, Hypersensitivity, Lipoatrophy, Lipohypertrophy etc.
• If you are taking any other medications and any other supplement please inform your physician.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Pregnancy & lactation: Please consult with your physician before use in pregnancy and lactation.
• Storage: Store in a refrigerator 2°C - 8°C. Do not freeze. After first opening - Can be stored in refrigerator 2°C - 8°C. Do not store above 30°C. Use within 8 weeks.
