About Telsar 40 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated Telsar 40 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telsar 40 mg Tablet:

Telsar 40 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and to reduce the risk of other associated cardiovascular events, primarily strokes & myocardial infarctions.

Usage direction of Telsar 40 mg Tablet:

• Telsar 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telsar 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telsar 40 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, discontinue the product as soon as possible. Drugs that act directly on the renin-angiotensin system can cause injury and death to the developing foetus.
• Store in a cool, dry place and protect from light.
• Keep out of reach of children.
