Each uncoated Telpres 40 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telpres 40 mg Tablet:

Telpres 40 mg tablet is used to prescribe for the treatment of:

• Hypertension
• Other cardiovascular disorders

Usage direction of Telpres 40 mg Tablet:

• Telpres 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telpres 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telpres 40 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected Telpres 40 mg tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing foetus when used in pregnancy during second and third trimester of pregnancy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC and protect from light & moisture.
