About Telmikind 40 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated Telmikind 40 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telmikind 40 mg Tablet:

Telmikind 40 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and to reduce the risk of other associated cardiovascular events, primarily strokes & myocardial infarctions.

Usage direction of Telmikind 40 mg Tablet:

• Telmikind 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telmikind 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telmikind 40 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication, inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected Telmikind 40 mg tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus, when used in pregnancy during second and third trimester of pregnancy.
• Telmikind 40 mg tablet is moisture sensitive. So do not remove from strip until immediately before use.
• Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC and protect from light.
• Keep out of reach of children.
