About Telmaxx 25 mg Tablet:

Each film coated  Telmaxx 25 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Metoprolol Succinate equivalent to Metoprolol Tartrate 25mg (As extended release form) and Excipients q.s.

Use of Telmaxx 25 mg Tablet:

Telmaxx 25 mg tablet prescribed for the treatment of :

• Hypertension (High blood pressure)
• Other cardiovascular risk reduction

Usage direction of Telmaxx 25 mg Tablet:

• Telmaxx 25 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Telmaxx 25 mg tablet should be swallowed whole with help of water.
• Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the dose without physician advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telmaxx 25 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication, inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician, during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Telmaxx 25 mg tablet is a moisture sensitive tablet - do not remove from strip until immediately before administration.
