About Telma D Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayer Telma D tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg and Indapamide 1.5mg (as sustained release form).

Use of Telma D Tablet:

Telma D tablet is prescribed for the treatment of:

• Hypertension (High blood pressure)
• Prevents other cardiovascular disease

Usage direction of Telma D Tablet:

• Telma D tablet should be taken orally.
• Telma D tablet should be swallowed whole with help of water.
• Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the dose without physician advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Telma D Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication, inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician, during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from light & moisture.
