About Tellzy MT 50 Tablet:

Each uncoated bilayered Tellzy MT 50 tablet contains Telmisartan 40mg, Metoprolol Succinate equivalent to Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg (As extended release form) and Excipients q.s.

Use of Tellzy MT 50 Tablet:

Tellzy MT 50 Tablet is used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disorders such as; Hypertension, stroke, heart attack.

Usage direction of Tellzy MT 50 Tablet:

• Tellzy MT 50 tablet should be taken orally.
• Tellzy MT 50 tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Tellzy MT 50 Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Tellzy MT 50 Tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus, when used in during second and third trimester of pregnancy.  
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC and protect from light & moisture.
