About Tellzy 80 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated Tellzy 80 mg tablet contains Telmisartan 80mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Tellzy 80 mg Tablet:

Tellzy 80 mg tablet is indicated for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and to reduce the risk of other associated cardiovascular events, primarily strokes & myocardial infarctions.

Usage direction of Tellzy 80 mg Tablet:

• Tellzy 80 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Tellzy 80 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Tellzy 80 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Telmisartan should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus, when used during second and third trimester of pregnancy.
• Tellzy 80 mg tablet is a moisture sensitive tablet, so do not remove from strip until immediately before administration.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC. Protected from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
