About Tacmod Ointment :

Each Tacmod ointment contains Tacrolimus 0.03% w/w, added Butylated hydroxytoluene IP 0.01% w/w (as preservative) in ointment base.

Use of Tacmod Ointment :

Tacmod ointment is used as topically to treat moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.

Usage Direction of Tacmod Ointment :

• Tacmod ointment is intended for topical use only.
• For the dose & time schedule, follow the physician’s guideline.
• Clean & dry the affected area before application.
• A thin layer of the medicine should be applied gently on the affected area.
• Replace & close the cap tightly after every use.
• Refer the package insert information for proper usage direction.
• Keep the tube tightly closed after use.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
