About Tacmod Forte Ointment :

Each Tacmod Forte ointment contains Tacrolimus 0.1% w/w, added Butylated hydroxytoluene  0.01% w/w (as preservative) in ointment base.

Use of Tacmod Forte Ointment :

Tacmod Forte ointment is used as topically to treat moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.

Usage Direction of Tacmod Forte Ointment :

• Tacmod Forte ointment is intended for topical use only.
• For the dose & time schedule follow the physician’s guideline.
• Clean & dry the affected area before application.
• A thin layer of the medicine should be applied gently on the affected area.
• Replace & close the cap tightly after every use.
• Refer the package insert information for proper usage direction.
• Keep the tube tightly closed after use.
