About Syscan 200 mg Capsule:

Syscan 200 mg capsule is prescribed for the treatment of fungal infection. Each hard gelatin Syscan 200 mg capsule contains Fluconazole 200 mg.

Fluconazole is an antifungal medicine. It belongs to a class of drugs called azole antifungals. Fluconazole is used to treat a variety of fungal and yeast infections. Fluconazole is also used to treat meningitis, serious fungal infections that begin in the lungs and can spread through the body and fungal infections of the eye, skin and nails. It works by stopping the growth of fungus that cause infection.

Uses of Syscan 200 mg Capsule:

Syscan 200 mg capsule is prescribed for the treatment of different types of fungal and yeast infection, such as Candidiasis, Esophageal and oropharyngeal candidiasis, Coccidioidomycosis, Vaginal yeast infections, Cryptococcal meningitis, Urinary tract infection (UTI) by Candida, fungal infection of eye & nail.

Usage direction of Syscan 200 mg Capsule:

• Syscan 200 mg capsule is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Syscan 200 mg capsule is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not break, chew or crush the capsule.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related information of Syscan 200 mg Capsule:

• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is hypersensitive to Syscan 200 mg capsule.
• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is having any other complications.
• The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Syscan 200 mg capsule with any other medication.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, protected from light & moisture.
