About Rosutech 10 mg Tablet:

Rosutech 10 mg Tablet is a dyslipidemic agent used to treat several types of dyslipidemias.

Each film-coated Rosutech 10 m g Tablet contains Rosuvastatin Calcium equivalent to Rosuvastatin 10 mg.

Rosuvastatin selectively and competitively inhibits 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase, the rate-limiting enzyme in cholesterol synthesis. It increases the number of hepatic LDL receptors on the cell surface, thereby enhancing the uptake and catabolism of LDL. It also decreases apolipoprotein B, triglyceride and increases HDL concentrations.

Uses of Rosutech 10 mg Tablet:

Rosutech 10 mg Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of several types of dyslipidemias, including primary hyperlipidemia, mixed dyslipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia, and hypercholesterolemia in patients with failed dietary modifications.

It can also be used to reduce the risk of other associated cardiovascular events, primarily strokes & myocardial infarctions.

Usage Direction of Rosutech 10 mg Tablet:

• Rosutech 10 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Rosutech 10 mg Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related information of Rosutech 10 mg Tablet:

• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is hypersensitive to Rosutech 10 mg Tablet.
• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is having any other complications.
• The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Rosutech 10 mg Tablet with any other medication.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep the medicine out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Rosutech 10 mg Tablet:

Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from light.
