About Respira D Liquid:

Each 5 ml of Respira D liquid contains Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg and Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg and Mentholated syrup base q.s.

Dextromethorphan, a centrally-acting antitussive agent, depresses the medullary cough center through sigma receptor stimulation, resulting to decreased sensitivity of cough receptors and interruption of cough impulse transmission.

Chlorpheniramine binds to the histamine H1 receptor. These blocks the action of endogenous histamine, which subsequently leads to temporary relief of the negative symptoms brought on by histamine.

Use of Respira D Liquid:

Respira D liquid is a combination medication, prescribed for the management of dry cough and upper respiratory symptoms associated with allergic conditions.

Usage direction of Respira D Liquid:

• Respira D liquid should be taken orally.

• Shake well before use.

• Keep the cap tightly closed.

• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician's advice.

• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Respira D Liquid:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.

• If found any complications, inform the physician immediately.

• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.

Storage condition of Respira D Liquid:

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
