About Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet:

Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet is an antipsychotic medication indicated for the management of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder.

Each film-coated extended-release Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet contains Quetiapine Fumarate equivalent to Quetiapine 200 mg.

Quetiapine belongs to an anti-psychotic group of medicines. By acting on certain chemical messengers in the brain, it improves a person’s ability to think and behave.

Uses of Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet:

Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet is an antipsychotic medication indicated for the management of:

• Schizophrenia
• Acute manic episodes and depressive phase of bipolar disorder
• Major depressive disorder

Usage Direction of Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet:

• Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet should be swallowed as whole.
• Do not chew or crush the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related information of Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet:

• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is hypersensitive to Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet.
• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is having any other complications.
• The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Qutiwel SR 200 mg Tablet with any other medication.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
