About Pregcert 400 mg Capsule:

Pregcert 400 mg Capsule contains progesterone, which is a natural female sex hormone, essential for the regulation of ovulation and menstruation.

Pregcert 400 mg Capsule is used for the treatment of menstrual and pregnancy-related issues by adjusting the hormonal balance within the body

Each soft gelatin Pregcert 400 mg Capsule contains Progesterone 400 mg.

Progesterone is the main hormone secreted by corpus luteum and the placenta. It works by inducing secretory changes in the endometrium, promoting mammary gland development, relaxing uterus, blocking follicular maturation and ovulation, maintaining pregnancy, inducing adequate endometrial maturity, thus promoting embryo implantation.

Use of Pregcert 400 mg Capsule:

Pregcert 400 mg Capsule is prescribed for the following:

• Regulation of ovulation and menstruation
• Treatment of amenorrhea (absence of a menstrual period in a woman of reproductive age), premenstrual syndrome, recurrent miscarriage due to progesterone deficiency
• Control of abnormal uterine bleeding

Pregcert 400 mg Capsule can also be used as a part of hormonal replacement therapy for the prevention of endometrial hyperplasia (thickening of the lining of the uterus).

Usage Direction of Pregcert 400 mg Capsule:

• Pregcert 400 mg Capsule is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Pregcert 400 mg Capsule is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the capsule.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Pregcert 400 mg Capsule, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
