About Pentaloc D Tablet:

Each enteric coated Pentaloc D tablet contains Pantoprazole Sodium equivalent to Pantoprazole 20mg, Domperidone 10mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Pentaloc D Tablet:

Pentaloc D tablet is indicated for the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Erosive oesophagitis (EE), Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, H. Pylori infection, Gastric and duodenal ulcers.

It is also relieves the symptoms like nausea & vomiting, epigastric fullness, upper abdominal discomfort and regurgitation of gastric contents.

Usage direction of Pentaloc D Tablet:

• Pentaloc D tablet should be taken orally.
• Pentaloc D tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
