Pantocid 20 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other acidity related disorders.
Each enteric coated Pantocid 20 mg tablet contains Pantoprazole Sodium equivalent to Pantoprazole 20mg and Excipients q.s.
Pantocid 20 mg tablet is belongs to a class of drugs known as proton pump inhibitors.
Use of Pantocid 20 mg Tablet:
Pantocid 20 mg tablet is used for the treatment of:
- Stomach and Duodenal ulcers
- Zollinger Ellison Syndrome
- Reflux esophagitis
- Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Helicobacter pylori
Pantocid 20 mg tablet should be taken as per physician’s guideline. Tablet should be swallowed whole and not to be chewed or crushed.
