About Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet:

Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet is an antimuscarinic medication indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder, neurogenic bladder disorders, and bladder spasms.

Each uncoated Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet contains Oxybutynin Chloride 5 mg.

Oxybutynin is an antimuscarinic agent, exerts direct antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscle by inhibiting the muscarinic action of acetylcholine thus helping increase urine capacity in the bladder and control urinary urgency and frequency.

Use of Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet:

Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet is prescribed for relieving the uncomfortable symptoms of overactive bladder including frequent urination, urgent need for urinate, and inability to control urination.

Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet may also be prescribed for the symptomatic management of detrusor instability related to neurogenic bladder and to relieve bladder spasms associated with ureteral stents or urinary catheters.

Usage Direction of Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet :

• Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the Physician.
• Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the Physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet :

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet , inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the Physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Oxyspas 5 mg Tablet:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
