About Osmo Tear DS Eye Drop:

Osmo Tear DS eye drop is an ophthalmic lubricant. It is prescribed for the treatment of Dry eyes. It contains Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose 1.0% w/v, Stabilized Oxychloro Complex 0.0075% w/v (as preservative), Sterile aqueous vehicle q.s.

Use of Osmo Tear DS Eye Drop:

Osmo Tear DS eye drop is prescribed to:

• Provide lubrication to eyes.
• To treat aqueous-tear deficiency.
• Get relief from itching & discomfort in the eyes due to dryness.

Usage direction of Osmo Tear DS Eye Drop:

• As directed by the physician.
• Wash your eyes before each application.
• Remove the cap and instill the drop with gentle pressure.
• You should not be skip any dose.
• Replace the cap tightly closed after use.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
• You may refer package insert for further information.

Precautions and Related Information of Osmo Tear DS Eye Drop:

• It is for external use only. Not for Injection.
• If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult with the physician.
• Pregnancy and Lactation: - Please consult with physician during pregnancy and lactation.
• To avoid direct contact of dropper tip with eyes.
• Do not touch the nozzle tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown, it should be discarded.
• Keep out of reach of children.
