About Olkem CT 40 mg Tablet:

Each film coated Olkem CT 40 mg tablet contains Olmesartan Medoxomil 40 mg, Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Use of Olkem CT 40 mg Tablet:

Olkem CT 40 mg tablet is used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disorders such as; Hypertension, stroke, heart attack.

Usage direction of Olkem CT 40 mg Tablet:

• Olkem CT 40 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Olkem CT 40 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Olkem CT 40 mg Tablet:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation. When pregnancy is detected, Olkem CT 40 mg Tablet should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus, when used in during second and third trimester of pregnancy.  
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 25ºC and protect from light & moisture.
