About Ocid L Capsule:

Each hard gelatin Ocid L capsule contains Esomeprazole Magnesium Trihydrate equivalent to Esomeprazole 40 mg (as two gastro-resistant tablets), Levosulpiride 75 mg (as uncoated prolonged-release tablet) and Excipients q.s.

Use of Ocid L Capsule:

Ocid L capsule is indicated for the effective treatment of:

• Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Excessive acidic condition of the stomach such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
• Promote healing of damaged esophagus which is caused by stomach acid (Erosive esophagitis)
• Prevent gastric ulcer which is either caused by helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, or induced by drugs

Usage direction of Ocid L Capsule:

• Ocid L capsule should be taken orally.
• Ocid L capsule is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the capsule.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Ocid L Capsule:

• If allergic to this medicine, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 25ºC and protect from light.
