About Nurocol Tablet:

Nurocol tablet is used for the treatment of various cerebral injuries (stroke, dementia). Each film coated Nurocol tablet contains Citicoline Sodium equivalent to Citicoline 500 mg.

Citicoline is a naturally occurring endogenous nucleoside involved in the biosynthesis of lecithin. It increases the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine (main neuronal membrane phospholipid) and promotes acetylcholine production. It also enhances the blood flow and oxygen consumption in the brain.

Use of Nurocol Tablet:

Nurocol tablet is prescribed for the treatment of:

• Patients with serious cerebral injuries of vascular traumatic nature with or without loss of consciousness

• Degenerative changes and chronic cerebral vascular injuries in senile dementia

Usage direction of Nurocol Tablet:

• Nurocol tablet should be taken orally.

• Nurocol tablet is taken whole with the help of water.

• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.

• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.

• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Nurocol Tablet:

Precaution should be taken & consult with the physician during following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to this medicine or any of its components.

• Inform your physician if you are going through any other treatment.

• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.

• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Nurocol Tablet:

Store protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
