About Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen:

Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen contains water-clear, colorless, aqueous solution of insulin aspart. Each ml solution contains 100 IU (3.5 mg) of Insulin aspart (r-DNA origin), Phenol 1.5 mg and Metacresol 1.72 mg (as preservatives) and Excipients q.s.

Use of Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen:

Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen is prescribed in the treatment of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Usage direction of Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen:

• Use Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen exactly as your physician tells you. Your physician will tell you the right dose and duration of use as per patient's condition. Never change or skip the dose.
• Before using Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen know the process of adjusting pen with respective cartridge. For proper using direction please follow usage instruction pack inside.
• Administer Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen subcutaneously into the abdominal area, thigh, or deltoid, and rotate injection sites.
• Check the insulin to make sure it is clear and colorless. Do not use Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen if it is coloured or cloudy, or if you see particles in the solution.

Precaution & Related information of Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen:

• Never share a Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen , syringe, or needle between patients.
• Please take precaution during the use of Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen in case of Hypoglycemia, Hypokalemia, Hypersensitivity, Lipoatrophy, Lipohypertrophy etc.
• Do not use Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen after the expiration date stamped on the label or 28 days after you first use it.
• Do not use the exact same spot for each injection. Do not inject where the skin has pits, is thickened, or has lumps.
• If you are taking any other medication and any other supplement please inform your physician.
• If you find any other complication during taking this medication inform your physician immediately.
• Pregnancy & lactation : Please consult with your physician before use in pregnancy or lactation.
• Storage : Store between 2°C to 8°C in a refrigerator. Do not freeze. Protect from light. During use Novorapid Flexpen 100 IU Inj Pen may be kept at a room temperature below 30°C for up to 4 weeks.
