Each 5 ml Neurofit (Sugar Free) Syrup contains Piracetam 500 mg in a flavoured sugar free base.

Neurofit (Sugar Free) Syrup is used for the treatment of:

• Alzheimer disease
• Stroke
• Dementia
• Memory dysfunction

Usage Direction of Neurofit (Sugar Free) Syrup:

• Neurofit (Sugar Free) Syrup is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Please check the package leaflet or label instruction before use.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related Information of Neurofit (Sugar Free) Syrup:

• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is hypersensitive to Neurofit (Sugar Free) Syrup.
• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is having any other complications.
• The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Neurofit (Sugar Free) Syrup with any other medication.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
