About Montral Kid Tablet:

Montral Kid Tablet is a combination medicine, indicated for relieving symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children.

Each uncoated dispersible Montral Kid Tablet contains Montelukast Sodium equivalent to Montelukast 4 mg and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride 2.5 mg.

Montelukast is a selective leukotriene receptor antagonist. Leukotriene type-1 receptor is located on the respiratory airway and on pro-inflammatory cells. It has been correlated with the pathophysiology of asthma and allergic rhinitis. By inhibiting the leukotriene type-1 receptor, Montelukast helps reduce inflammation in the airways and relieve allergic symptoms.

Levocetirizine is an antiallergic medication that selectively inhibits histamine H1 receptors. This action prevents the negative symptoms associated with histamine release and provides relief from allergic reactions.

Use of Montral Kid Tablet:

Montral Kid Tablet is a combination of Levocetirizine and Montelukast, which is prescribed to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial) in children.

Usage Direction of Montral Kid Tablet:

• Montral Kid Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician only.
• Disperse one Montral Kid Tablet in 5 ml (one teaspoonful) of water before administration.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Montral Kid Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Montral Kid Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Montral Kid Tablet:

• Store in a dry & dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
