About Levesam Syrup:

Each 5 ml Levesam Syrup contains Levetiracetam 500 mg in a Flavoured Syrup base q.s.

Use of Levesam Syrup:

Levesam Syrup is for the treatment of seizures (epilepsy).

Usage Direction of Levesam Syrup:

• Levesam Syrup should be taken orally.
• Please check the package leaflet or label instruction before use.
• Shake well before use.
• Replace the cap tightly after use.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related Information of Levesam Syrup:

• If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
• If find any complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from moisture.
