About Lashisma Solution:

Lashisma Solution is used to reduce intraocular pressure in the eyes.

Each ml of Lashisma Solution contains Bimatoprost 0.3 mg, Benzalkonium chloride 0.05 mg (As preservative) and sterile isotonic aqueous buffered vehicle q.s.

Bimatoprost is a synthetic prostamide analogue, which imitates the effects of prostamides, specifically prostaglandin F2alpha. It reduces elevated intraocular pressure and decreases the risk of optic nerve damage by increasing aqueous humor outflow. It also increases the percent and duration of the growth phase of the eyelashes hair.

Use of Lashisma Solution:

Lashisma Solution is prescribed for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It is also used for the treatment of hypotrichosis of the eyelashes by increasing their growth including length, thickness, and darkness.

Usage direction of Lashisma Solution:

• Lashisma Solution is intended for ophthalmic use only.
• As per the patient’s conditions, the physician/Ophthalmologist will advise the proper dose and the duration of the application.
• Before applying this eye drop, wash hands first.
• It is advised to check the label or package insert leaflet before apply.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the prescribed quantity.
• Replace the cap after every use.

Precaution & Related information of Lashisma Solution:

• Lashisma Solution is for external use only, not for injection.
• If allergic to Lashisma Solution, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult with the physician.
• Do not touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
• If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown, it should be discarded.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Lashisma Solution:

Store between 2°C to 25°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
