About Lakmet XL 50 mg Tablet:

Each Lakmet XL 50 mg tablet (Extended release film coated tablet) which contains Metoprolol succinate 47.50mg equivalent to Metoprolol tartrate 50mg and excipients q.s.

Use of Lakmet XL 50 mg Tablet:

Lakmet XL 50 mg tablet is prescribed to treat:

• Hypertension (High blood pressure)
• Angina pectoris
• Arrhythmia

It is also used to prevent:

• Heart attack
• Stroke
• Migraine

Usage direction of Lakmet XL 50 mg Tablet:

• Lakmet XL 50 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Lakmet XL 50 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without physician's advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
