About Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop:

Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop is prescribed to treat symptoms associated with dry eyes.

Each ml of Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop contains Sodium Hyaluronate 1.8 mg, Stabilized oxychloro complex 0.05% w/v (As preservative) and aqueous buffered vehicle q.s..

Sodium hyaluronate is a polysaccharide, which functions as a tissue lubricant. It moisturizes the surface of the eyes to treat dry eyes symptoms by improving the stabilization of tear film, replenishing deficiencies of hyaluronic acid, reducing friction, and preventing binding of foreign substances to the ocular tissue. It is widely used in ophthalmic surgery due to its moisturizing, viscoelastic, and protective properties.

Use of Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop:

Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop is prescribe for the treatment of sensation of dryness and other minor complaints of no pathological significance, as well as burning and ocular fatigue induced. For example by dust, smoke, dry heat, air conditioning, extended computer screen use or contact lens wear.

Usage direction of Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop:

• Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop is intended for topical ophthalmic use only.
• As per the patient’s conditions, the physician/Ophthalmologist will advise the proper dose and the duration of the application.
• Before applying this eye drop, wash hands first.
• It is advised to check the label or package insert leaflet before apply.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the prescribed quantity.
• Replace the cap after every use.

Precaution & Related information of Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop:

• Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop is for external use only, not for injection.
• If allergic to Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult with the physician.
• Do not touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container. If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown, it should be discarded.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Hyvet 0.18% Eye Drop:

Store in a cool & dark place.
